In addition to the number of healthcare workers who have been let go
because they didn't get the vaccine being incredibly small, I will also just say that I would not want a medical professional who doesn't believe in the science of the vaccine treating me for any medical condition. (I am of course excluding anyone with legitimate exemptions that I assume have been approved by their employers.)
I know you are not anti-vaxx. And while I understand the sentiment of being against the "stick" approach to getting more people vaccinated, I think we've probably run out of carrots and are still not where we need to be. I'd be good with insurance prices being higher for unvaxxed, but it also seems that employers who have instituted vaccine mandates have gotten incredibly good adoption so the "stick" approach does seem to work in many cases.
